We booked in with Viet for a 3 hour Scooter tour of Hanoi. Even though we met up later in the day, he customized the tour to help us maximize what we could see. (Ie. Starting at the prison museum to see it before it closed). Egg coffee experience was great, and at our request, he took us to a local shop to get good coffee to bring home. Viet was knowledgeable and attentive. My only wish is that we had more time with him, as the three hours did not feel like enough time to see everything in the tour itinerary. He gave us a good local restaurant recommendation for dinner...cheapest meal we ate on our trip, and very tasty. It was a pleasure to have Viet show us his city.

I'm a solo female traveler from Iceland and this was my first visit to Vietnam.
First of all this experience is exactly like having a very smart friend waiting happily and friendly for you in a foreigner country.
Which makes you feel more than welcome and safe.
This goes beyond a regular tour, you really get to know the opinions, the history, the way of thinking and seeing life from a different cultural perspective by the hand of very kind people.
