Hanoi winter is from November to January, the coldest period of the year, and this is also the time when Hanoi wears the quietest appearance. The bitter coldness of the winter makes all daily activities of Hanoi people become more sluggish, less noisy and hustling compared to the busy summer months. In the winter, fog covers the entire sky, and the wet roads are sparse of people.
